Workplace EV Charging
Enable employees to charge their electric vehicles at work — fully installed and certified.
My EV Box installs workplace EV charging solutions across North East England. Whether you need a single charger for a car park space or multiple units across a staff car park, all work is carried out by Grays Electrical and Compliance Ltd — NICEIC Approved Contractor and OZEV Approved Installer.
Workplace Charging Solutions for North East Employers
Providing EV charging at your workplace benefits employees who drive electric vehicles, supports sustainability commitments and can be a factor in staff recruitment and retention. My EV Box installs workplace charging infrastructure for businesses of all sizes across Hartlepool, Teesside, County Durham, Sunderland, Newcastle and surrounding areas.
We assess the site's electrical supply, advise on appropriate charger type and number of units, and manage the full installation including any required distribution board works. All installations are tested, certified and documented.
Chargers suitable for workplace use typically provide 7kW per bay, allowing a standard electric vehicle to charge fully during a normal working day. We can advise on the most appropriate units and load management options where multiple chargers share a single electrical supply.
