EV Charger Replacement and Upgrade
Remove and replace your existing EV charger — new unit installed and certified.
My EV Box carries out EV charger replacements across North East England. Whether your existing charger has failed, you are upgrading to a newer model or switching to a smarter unit, Grays Electrical and Compliance Ltd manages the removal and installation.
EV Charger Replacement Service
Existing EV chargers may need replacing if they develop a fault, if a manufacturer ceases support, if you change vehicle and need a different connection type, or if you simply wish to upgrade to a unit with better features such as smart scheduling or solar integration.
My EV Box carries out charger replacements across Hartlepool, Teesside, County Durham, Sunderland, Newcastle and the wider North East. We remove the existing unit, assess the existing wiring and circuit, install the new charger and carry out full testing and certification.
Where the existing circuit and cable are in good condition and of the correct specification for the replacement unit, these can be retained, which may reduce installation time and cost. We advise on this during the quotation process following review of photographs.
